Kuala Lumpur is said to have some of the iconic malls in Malaysia. In an interview with Savills, it was revealed that the state alone possesses 197 shopping centres, of different sizes, as of 2021. In the last 2 years, the area witnessed a few malls opening. Among others, the popular shopping malls that were opened in 2021 were Tropicana Gardens Mall and Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

With the pandemic on the rise, the nationwide retail scene was somewhat calmer. But with the economy recovering at full force this year, Kuala Lumpur is regaining its old composure back with 3 upscale malls, which will launch sometime in 2022.

The landscape of the mall covers 1.4 million square feet of retail space with approximately 861,000 square feet of lettable area. The mall has a mix of diverse tenants, offering customers an interesting choice of products and services.
