Is it a beneficial prospect for investors?

The location of the Lalaport shopping mall is In Bukit Bintang, which is one of the most popular places for shopping and entertainment in Malaysia. The shopping mall is surrounded by:

  • Lucentia, a residential building with 2 towers, one 47 storeys and another 35 storeys, comprising units ranging between 454-883 square feet.
  • Office space named The Strides – BBCC’s global partner, Regus, a member of the IWG Group, expressed interest in taking up office spaces in The Stride.

The above establishments, which are part of BBCC’s large urban development, plus its unique appeal with its Japanese brands and niche products may have the probability of adding to the foot traffic and visitors to the mall.
