Kuala Lumpur, the former capital of Malaysia, launched some big residential projects in quarter 1 of 2022. While some claim to be iconic towers in the area suited for the most affluent, others are more modest with a host of facilities.

Out of many new projects, here is a list of the 5 latest new residential properties launched in Kuala Lumpur in Q12022.

  1. Allevia Mont’ Kiara in Mont Kiara

    Giving tough competition to nearby residences, UEM Sunrise Berhad built Allevia Mont’ Kiara for the affluent neighbourhood of Mont Kiara. It is situated in the last remaining parcel of vacant land along Jalan Kiara 4, and is expected to be completed in 2025.

    The developer claimed that this residential development has unparalleled privacy and is a suitable fit for the international community. Stretching upon 2.94 acres of land, Allevia has 43 storeys limited to just 4 units per floor.
