5 New Residential Launches In Negeri Sembilan In Q12022

Negeri Sembilan is best known for its beaches, natural parks and palaces. Close to Port Dickson and Strait of Malacca in the west, the state is a good alternative for middle-income earners working in Klang Valley.

The state experienced a 2.9% drop in property sales transactions in the first 9 months of 2021, but the sales have picked up in 2022. As such, developers have launched brand new residential properties to meet the market’s demand.

Here are 5 latest residential launches in Negeri Sembilan in Q1 2022:

  1. Single storey houses in Taman Sikamat Perdana, Seremban

    Multiplex Development Sdn Bhd launched single-storey terrace houses in Taman Sikamat Perdana, just 6 kilometres away from Seremban and 4.3 kilometres away from LEKAS Highway. The leasehold houses are a safe distance away from the noise of the bustling city yet connected by a major highway.

    The houses are spacious, ranging from 1,200 sq ft to 1,495 sq ft. Accommodating 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a yard and a wet kitchen, the developer believes it is the perfect home for raising families.

    The houses also come with a double playground and garden for the recreation of kids. As for amenities, the property is close to Pasaraya Zemart and Family Store. It is also a short distance away from Tafe College, National School Sikamat and other local schools.

    Currently, the terrace houses are still in construction but open for sale.
