3 New Residential Properties Launched In Sarawak In Q1 2022

The developers are gearing for a better property market as the endemic initiatives and border reopening have elevated property buyers’ sentiments. To cater to the market demand, Sarawak’s has a fresh supply of high rise and landed homes in 2022.

Here are 3 such new residential launches in the first quarter of 2022, adding to the housing market of Sarawak:

  1. Curtin Water Duplex Townhouse in Senadin

    Curtin Water Duplex Townhouse is an exclusive development with 1,074 luxurious houses in the guarded and gated residential estate of Senadin. The townhouse has 4 blocks of town villas comprising 3-storey terrace houses with 2 separate units built vertically.

    The lower units have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a build-up area of 1,612 sq ft, whereas the upper units have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a larger space of 1,939.68 sqft. The lower units are selling at RM510,000, and the upper units are selling at RM560,000.

Slated to be completed at the end of 2022, the developer offers 2 types of layouts for the buyers within an affordable price range of RM385,000 to RM475,000.

    The corner units are larger in size with a better view, whereas the intermediate units are relatively smaller and cheaper. However, the layout for both types of units is the same with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car parks.

    The houses are built with open space and gardens for comfortable living in the vicinity of Miri Town and Miri Airport. It is also in the close range of supermarkets, highways, public transport and recreational facilities.
